Aerial Photo #1 (Looking from Stono River)

In this picture, you are looking at the main creek that feeds into the Battery Haig community. The 3100 South Shore property is at the top of this photo. It is the unfinished foundation with the dock that has the green roof. The lot is just above the two finished houses which appear on the left hand side of the single road that penetrates the penninsula. The left side of this picture represents the West which yields some astonishing views of the sun setting over the marsh in the afternoon. At the bottom of the picture shows the walkway to the community dock which extends out into the deep water of the Stono River. Also appearing just north of the trees on the left side of the road and just below the first house on that side is the community boat ramp. Marsh and water view surround the entire penninsula.
Aerial Photo #2 (Looking from directly above)

In this picture, the red arrow points to the dock that sits on the lot. This shows a more complete picture of the entire neighborhood. The large body of water at the very bottom is the Stono River which is a part of the Intracoastal Waterway. It is about 100-150 yards from the dock to the ICW which makes it a boaters paradise. A boat lift could be added to accommodate a range of decent size boats.
Aerial Photo #3 (Looking from the entrance towards the Stono River)

Again, the red arrow points to the lot which has a foundation ready for a house! You can see the dock that sits off the back of the property and the short run to the Stono River which is easily viewable from the dock. The Stono River wraps around behind the property so that you see nothing but the most beautiful marsh and river views from your back porch. At the top of this picture, you can easily see the community dock which is controlled by a lock and key access for which every house in the neighborhood has a key to. The community dock is HUGE and has a pair of floating docks that attach to each end. This property truly is a piece of paradise!!!
